Our story
Point Property was formed in 2014. It was borne from sister company Erskine Owen who needed a trusted property management company to partner with their clients.
At Point Property we are passionate about property and on building successful property portfolios – our focus is the return on your investment.
Whether you have one investment property or 10 – our property managers are committed to ensuring your investment portfolio continues to prosper and grow. Of course we also do all the normal property management duties you would expect – but it’s our passion for helping clients build and maintain great property portfolios that makes us unique.
