If your request is not urgent please download and fill in the below form and email it to your property manager along with photos of the issue.

The following contractors are on call for urgent calls if you are unable to contact your Property Manager.

Please note you could be liable to pay the contractors costs if the job is not urgent.

Some urgent job examples include:

  • Burst or broken hot water service
  • Burst water pipes
  • Sewerage block or back-flow
  • Serious roof leak
  • Gas leak
  • Electrical fault likely to cause damage to Property or endanger human life
  • Flooding
  • Substantial damage from flooding, fire, or storm
