Building Connections at the NZ International Building Expo & Summit
Last week, the Point Property Management team had the pleasure of showcasing our ‘Point of Difference’ at the New Zealand International Building Expo & Summit (NZIBES), held at Auckland’s Due Drop Events Centre.
Over two busy days, our team – Jason Wang, Bryan Cao, Louise Tanner, and Sean Burke, connected with landlords, property professionals, industry leaders, and the general public. The Expo was buzzing with energy, featuring a wide range of exhibitors and valuable conversations about the future of building, housing, and property management.
A Prize Worth Winning
To celebrate the event, Point Property offered an incredible competition prize: a $2,449 Home Healthcare Package, made possible with the support of some of our trusted suppliers. The package included:
- Point Property Management – $600 off Property Management
- Endeavour – House & gutter clean and roof treatment (valued at $1,000)
- Landlord Solutions – Healthy Homes Assessment in the wider Auckland region ($249)
- All Things Plumbing & Gas – Plumbing & Gas services ($200)
- Ethereal Group Ltd – Electrical services ($200)
- Sovereign Builders – Preventative and/or property maintenance ($200)
